By accessing or using Mopp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all users of Mopp, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Permitted Use

Mopp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes of recruiting and hiring employees. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Mopp.

Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code or viruses; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service; or (f) use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscription Fees

Access to Mopp requires payment of subscription fees as specified in your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these terms.

Payment Terms

You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service until payment is received.

Price Changes

We may change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Your continued use of the service after the price increase takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the candidate data and content you upload to Mopp. By using the service, you grant us a license to process, store, and use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the service at your own risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Mopp, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your billing period.

Termination by Mopp

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm Mopp or other users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

Service Availability

Mopp is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mopp and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mopp in the 12 months preceding the claim.
